Terms Of Business

Bookings, Rates & Payment

• Housework, home support, meal prep and companionship visits are charged at £15.50 per hour Monday to Saturday and £16.00 per hour on Sundays.

• One to one Chair Based Exercise Therapy is charged at £22.00 for a 1 hour visit.

• Small group Chair Based Exercise Therapy is charged at £30 for a 1 hour 15 minute visit. (maximum 6 people, please contact us for a quote for larger groups)

• For chair based exercise therapy and ad hoc visits, payment is expected at the time in cash, or by credit or debit card. If you are booking our services for a vulnerable relative, we will be happy to discuss invoicing terms on an individual basis.

Cancellations

• We appreciate as much notice of cancellations as is possible. We understand that holidays and appointments crop up, however, should a regular slot repeatedly be cancelled, we would be unable to guarantee that slot going forward.

• For bookings cancelled within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation charge will be applied, although this is at the discretion of the business principal.

Equipment & Materials

• For regular housework clients we generally use your own cleaning supplies, mop, and vacuum cleaner. If the client has insufficient supplies, we can provide them for a small surcharge of 50p per hour.

Complaints

• In the highly unlikely event that you are in any way unhappy with our service, please address your concerns in writing to [email protected] and we will aim to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution within 7 working days.

Insurance & Credentials

• We hold both Disclosure and Barring and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Certificates. (Safeguarding is renewed every 2 years)

• We are qualified in Nutrition, Food Hygiene, Counselling, First Aid and Chair Based Exercise Therapy.

• We hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
